The main areas of practice at our law office are domestic business transactions, international business transactions and general corporation matters. Our law office is capable of translating legal documents for business transactions from English to Japanese or from Japanese to English. We also specialize in drafting legal documents, such as non-disclosure agreements, license agreements, distributorship agreements and technical assistance agreements in both Japanese and English. The principles of our law office are to provide our clients with professional and prompt legal services, and maintain a reliable and responsive relationship with our clients.
